Terms
Short, because this is a small thing among friends.
Using it
Close Your Eyes is invite-only. Use it to keep your own listening journal and to share it with friends you choose. Don’t harass anyone, impersonate anyone, post anything unlawful, or try to get at anything that isn’t yours, including other members’ private volumes or the service itself.
Your writing is yours
You own what you write here. You give Close Your Eyes only the permission it needs to store it, show it to you, and show your Friends volumes to the friends you accept. Export it or delete it whenever you like, from Settings.
Accounts
An account may be disabled or removed if these terms are broken, or if the service closes; where possible you’ll be told first and given time to export. You can delete your own account at any time.
No warranty
This is provided as it is, without any warranty. Care is taken to keep your writing safe (it’s backed up, encrypted, every night), but keep your own export of anything you can’t bear to lose. To the extent the law allows, the operator isn’t liable for losses from using it.
